Our calls are recorded, and the recording, the date and time, the phone number and the team member's name are saved with the owner's record in our system.
2. By calling or texting our business number first. If you reach out to us, we reply about the reason you contacted us.
3. By replying YES. Our first text asks you to reply YES to confirm. Ongoing texts start only after that YES.

Saying yes to texts is never a condition of selling your property to us or of any purchase.

• Conversational replies and reminders from The Marque Group. Every text names The Marque Group.
• Message frequency varies. It depends on where things stand with your property.
• Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts. Your wireless carrier may.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP anytime

If you tell us on a call or in a voicemail that you do not want to hear from us, we honor that too, the same day, on every channel.

We never sell or share your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never buy, rent, or share phone lists or opt-in data.
