Experienced cold callers for US real estate.

The Marque Group is a real estate company in Atlanta, Georgia. We buy houses and land directly from owners. We need two cold callers who have already called for a US wholesaler and want steady, short shifts.

The role

The jobCall property owners, ask if they would ever consider an offer, and get their OK for our scheduling team to text them. Calls are short, under one minute. You are a filter, not a closer.
ScheduleMonday to Saturday, 4 hours a day.AM shift: 9 AM to 1 PM Atlanta time (10 PM to 2 AM Manila time).
PM shift: 3 PM to 7 PM Atlanta time (4 AM to 8 AM Manila time).
Manila times are from Nov 2, after US clocks change.
ToolsAuto-dialer provided. You need a laptop, a headset, and a quiet room. Every call is recorded and reviewed.
Pay$100 per week, sent by Remitly.Plus a $100 bonus for every deal that closes from your leads.

  • Cold calling experience for at least one US real estate wholesaling company.
  • Internet of 10 Mbps download or faster (you will upload a speed test screenshot).
  • A resume (PDF) that names the US wholesalers you called for.
  • A voice note of you reading the script below out loud.
  • Ready to start Monday, November 2.
